Introduction
These Terms and Conditions explain the general conditions for interacting with Vynzo Media through its website, inquiries and account portals. Service engagements are governed by the applicable written agreement, including the scope of work and any specific terms accepted by the parties. Vynzo’s Privacy Policy separately explains Personal Information processing across its operations and services. By using this website or an account portal, you agree to the terms that apply to that use, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant website or portal.
Service agreements
Website information describes the services Vynzo Media may offer. A website visit, inquiry or portal login does not by itself create a service contract. The scope of work, responsible contracting entity, deliverables, fees, payment dates and any service specific conditions must be set out in the applicable written agreement. If these website terms conflict with that agreement about a service, the agreement controls, subject to mandatory law.
Acceptable use
Use the website and any account made available to you only for lawful purposes and within your authorized access. Do not introduce harmful code, attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another person, submit misleading information, interfere with the service or access another person’s records without permission.
Client account access
Clients may access the designated Vynzo client portal using the Client Login link. Access is limited to authorized users. Keep login credentials confidential and notify Vynzo promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. A login link does not grant access to records or features outside the permissions assigned to your account.
Employee account access
The Employee Login link is provided for authorized Vynzo personnel. Employees must use their assigned accounts and follow applicable internal access, confidentiality and security requirements. This link does not create an employment relationship or authorize access for website visitors.
Information and materials you provide
Provide information that is accurate and relevant to your inquiry or contracted service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to supply any content, brand assets, contact lists or other materials. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through a general inquiry form unless the appropriate secure process has been agreed.
Intellectual property
Vynzo Media and its licensors retain their rights in website text, designs, logos, images, software and other protected material. You may view website content for legitimate personal or business evaluation. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are governed by the relevant service agreement.
Use of client materials
Submitting materials for an inquiry or service does not transfer ownership to Vynzo. Vynzo may use those materials to assess the inquiry or perform the agreed services, subject to the relevant agreement and Privacy Policy. Any use in a public portfolio, testimonial or separate promotional activity requires the applicable permission or contractual authorization.
Project cooperation and approvals
For contracted work, the parties should identify the information, access, feedback and approvals needed to deliver the agreed scope. Changes to scope, deadlines or deliverables should be documented. Additional fees or revised timelines apply only as provided in the relevant agreement or a separately accepted change.
Fees, cancellations and refunds
Fees, taxes, advertising spend, payment terms, cancellation arrangements and any refund entitlement are determined by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law. These website terms do not create an automatic refund policy, cancellation charge or payment commitment. Contact Vynzo if you need clarification before accepting a proposal.
Marketing outcomes and external platforms
Marketing performance can depend on audience behavior, competition, budgets, platform rules and other factors outside Vynzo’s control. Website examples and past results are not a promise of future revenue, rankings, leads or conversions. Any specific performance commitment must be stated in the relevant written agreement. External platforms may apply their own terms and access requirements.
Privacy and confidentiality
The Vynzo Privacy Policy explains how Personal Information is processed and how privacy rights may be exercised. Client data handling, confidentiality and any required processing terms are also governed by the applicable service agreement. Website terms do not replace a required consent, privacy notice or data processing agreement.
External links
The website may link to external websites, platforms and account portals. Review the terms and privacy information applicable to the destination. Vynzo does not control independent external services merely because a link appears on this website.
Website availability and responsibility
Vynzo seeks to maintain useful and accurate website information, but content may change and access may be interrupted. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, website information is provided as available without a promise that it will be complete, current or suitable for every purpose. Any exclusion of warranties or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
Vynzo may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, services or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be displayed with an effective date. The relevant service agreement identifies the governing law and dispute process for contracted work. Where no agreement applies, applicable law determines the relevant jurisdiction and available remedies. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer rights.
